Educational Qualification:-
- Madhymik or its equivalent with Certificate Course on Computer Applications, Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from the State Council for Engineering & Technical Education or its equivalent, Bachelor Degree or Master Degree from a recognized university or institute by the AICTE
- Candidates having higher qualification may also apply.

- SC/ST categories are exempted from the application fee and are needed to pay only the processing charge of Rs. 50 (Rupees Fifty Only) + Bank charge of Rs. 20 (Rupees Twenty Only).
